Why “Hope? Because life can be tough.
Life is tough. All of us know that firsthand. We have jobs, bills to pay, the kid’s crazy schedules, and dozens of other responsibilities.
Then there are the choices we all make. Since our choices have consequences, life can be scary. When we slow down long enough to reflect, we ask questions like:
“Am I doing the right thing at work?”
“Am I teaching my children what I need to, or is there more I should do?”
“
Is my marriage going to make it?” “Am I treating my spouse as I should?”
“When do I get a little time for just me?”
..Or, “Is there more to life than this treadmill?”
The wonderful thing is that we don’t have to “tough it out” all on our own. It’s possible to walk the road of life with God and with others who have placed their faith in Him through His Son Jesus. New Hope Bible is about helping people connect with a living God and with others who seek to walk with the Lord each day.
Our church family is made up of real people, who have come through real problems by the power of a living God. Are we perfect? NO WAY! We’re a collection of imperfect people attempting together, in fits and starts, to follow Christ each day.
No matter where you find yourself on life’s journey, the trip is easier when you do it with God’s help and the encouragement of others who are pulling for you!
